In its business activity, Castelhana may use third parties - subcontractors - to provide certain services, which may involve access by these third parties to the personal data of Users (data subjects). Castelhana ensures that, in these circumstances, the appropriate technical and organisational measures are adopted to ensure that subcontractors meet the applicable legal requirements and offer the appropriate guarantees in terms of data protection.
